Terms of Service

Archynt is a product of HEXAR SOFTWARE FACTORY S.R.L. ("Hexar", "we", "us"), CUIT 30-71907331-6, with legal domicile at Las Palmas 2779 Piso 3, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Archynt is a software-as-a-service platform for software architecture intelligence: it analyzes a codebase's static structure, correlates it with the live runtime topology and infrastructure metrics your own systems report, and surfaces AI-assisted design insights. It is a developer/engineering tool for organizations, not a consumer marketplace.

By creating an account, whether with an email and password or by signing in with Google or GitHub, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. Acceptance is required to create an account — there is no way to use Archynt without it, including when a first-time sign-in through Google or GitHub would otherwise create an account for you automatically.

If you create an account or accept an invitation on behalf of an organization or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

An account is personal and identified by your email address. Every account belongs to at least one organization; a personal account can later be upgraded to a company account, which allows inviting teammates with roles (Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer). Only an organization's Owner or Admin can manage members, billing and plan changes.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding access to your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, abuses the service (including attempting to bypass plan limits or the agent's read-only guarantees), or is used unlawfully.

Static analysis: you provide a repository URL (or connect a GitHub App installation); Archynt parses the code to build an architecture graph — classes, components and their relationships — for your organization only.

Runtime topology: an optional, read-only agent you install on your own infrastructure reports service topology, dependencies, host/container metrics and logs to Archynt's Ingestion Gateway, scoped to your organization by an enrollment key you control. The agent never writes to or executes anything on your systems — see the agent's own documentation for its full data contract.

AI-powered analysis: Archynt sends a derived representation of your architecture graph — component names, relationships and detected findings, not raw source code — to a third-party AI model provider (see our Privacy Policy) to generate plain-language design insights.

Dashboards and metrics: you may build custom dashboards over metrics your own systems expose, retained according to your plan's limits.

Archynt is offered in multiple plans, each with its own limits (AI analyses per month, runtime hosts, team seats, projects, metrics/logs retention). Current plans and pricing are published at /pricing and may change; where a change materially affects a paid plan you are subscribed to, we will notify you in advance.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle, our payment and subscription processor. Paddle acts as the merchant of record for these transactions; its own terms apply to the payment itself. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your organization's Plans & Billing page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your organization then reverts to the Free plan's limits.

Exceeding a plan's usage limit does not fail silently: the affected action is rejected with a clear message telling you to upgrade, rather than being throttled or degraded without explanation.

You agree not to: use Archynt to analyze code or infrastructure you do not have the right to access; attempt to circumvent plan limits, authentication, or the agent's read-only design; reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the service; or use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend access to protect the security or integrity of the platform or other customers' data.

Hexar and/or its affiliated companies own all intellectual property rights in the Archynt platform, its software, design, trademarks and documentation. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the service as intended — not a license to Archynt's underlying intellectual property.

You retain all rights to your own code, architecture graphs, and any data you or your agent send to Archynt. We only use it to provide the service to your organization, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Archynt's static and AI-generated insights are provided to help you understand your system's architecture — they are not a substitute for your own engineering judgment, and we make no guarantee that any finding is complete or exhaustive.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond what applicable law requires. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hexar's liability arising from the use of Archynt is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice (by email or an in-app notice); continued use of Archynt after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where required by law, we will request your renewed consent instead.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute arising from their interpretation, application or validity will be submitted to the ordinary national courts with jurisdiction in the City of Buenos Aires, unless a mandatory rule of public policy (such as consumer protection law) provides otherwise.
